At least 10 people were killed on Saturday in raids by suspected Boko Haram gunmen on two villages near Chibok town where Islamists abudcted more than 200 girls in April, residents and local leaders said.
"We have picked up 10 corpses with bullet wounds," said Enoch Mark, a Christian Priest in Chibok, 11 kilometres (six miles) from the attacked villages.
"We believe several people were killed in the attacks from accounts of residents who fled to Chibok, but we have to wait for things to calm down to go into the villages and pick (recover) the bodies," Enoch said.
