Davido has said his love for entertainment was inspired by his late mother. His successful debut album "Omo Baba Olowo (OBO) was released in 2012, which had the hit single "Dami Duro". In 2013 Davido released four singles namely "Gobe", "One of a Kind", the international hit "Skelewu", and "Aye". He has won various awards all over Africa. In 2012 and 2013, media houses reported that Davido signed multi-million endorsement deals with a telecommunications company and a beverage company. He has performed at some of the biggest shows around the world and just recently concluded his US and Canadian tours.
